Galley Girl – She's in Your Kitchen

I’m not a creative gift giver. Lots of bouquets of flowers, bottles of wine and gift cards are what I usually default to. But I love giving edible or potable gifts, especially when they are too apropos to resist.

I have two friends  who don’t drink much wine, but are committed boozers when it comes to vodka. They’re having a combined Halloween and double birthday party. So I picked up these bottles of Canadian hootch.

  The name and shape is based on a controversial archaeological discovery of 13 ancient quartz skulls that supposedly bring spiritual power and enlightenment to all who possess them. The only thing I want to possess is a juicy, refreshing fresh basil gimlet from the recipe box on their site. Happy Halloween!
